Paul is a trial attorney at Felice Trial Attorneys who proudly represents people who have been injured by the negligence of others. His practice focuses on handling cases involving wrongful death, auto accidents, slips and falls, general premises liability, and work-related accidents.

Raised in Florida, Paul attended the University of Florida, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Finance in 2007. After spending a year in the financial industry, Paul attended law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2011. In law school, Paul received an award for Outstanding Achievement in pro bono work along with the prestigious “Book Award” in Trial Practice for the highest score in trial advocacy. Directly out of law school, Paul was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011 and began practicing law.

Early in his career, Paul served as a criminal prosecutor for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. As a prosecutor, he gained extensive jury trial experience by handling many significant cases, including DUIs with Serious Bodily Injury, Home Burglaries, Trafficking in Controlled Substances, Felony Battery, and Attempted Murder. During this period, Paul also began to uncover his passion for helping victims in a time of need.

In 2015, Paul began working in civil litigation at one of the largest civil defense firms in Florida, practicing in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, general liability, nursing home negligence, and automobile negligence. Paul additionally spent several years working directly for one of the nation’s largest automobile insurance companies. As an in-house litigation attorney, Paul continued to refine his skills and experience by handling every aspect of countless personal injury lawsuits from a defense perspective.

Since joining Felice Trial Attorneys, Paul has achieved remarkable results for countless individuals. Paul believes there is no greater feeling than achieving full civil justice for a person in need. For that reason, Paul continues working tirelessly for his clients to ensure the people and companies who cause injuries are held accountable and, more importantly, injured victims receive the compensation they deserve.

Beyond practicing law, Paul enjoys being a member of the South Florida Community. He lives with his wife and two children in Jupiter, FL.
